A Letter from our

VP Formal Recruitment

Hello!

Being a member of Alpha Epsilon Phi has shaped me into the person I am today. It has equipped me with beneficial skills I plan on utilizing for all of my future endeavors. To be quite honest, I was hesitant to go through the recruitment process as a freshman. I had always been shy growing up, and struggled with talking to new people. It is crazy to think that now I am leading my chapter to continuing the legacy of recruiting strong, amazing women. I would not have half of the leadership or communication skills that I possess today if it was not for AEPhi. Although recruitment can be a stressful time,it will become one of the most valuable experiences of your college career. This process gives potential new members the opportunity to meet hundreds of women on campus in just one week. The recruitment process has become something that I am extremely passionate about. It is amazing to see the entire panhellenic community come together to continue the strong and powerful legacy we have here on the Arizona campus.

To all potential new members going through recruitment, realize that it is ok to be nervous! Our active members are nervous as well. We are also ecstatic to get to meet all of you amazing women, and to help you find your home away from home.

When choosing a chapter, it is important to choose one that embraces your values and that creates an environment where you will be able to flourish and grow. I could not be more proud to call the beautiful ladies of Alpha Epsilon Phi my sisters, and I look forward to you all finding your home in our amazing panhellenic community!

LML,

Kimmy Hoyt
