A Letter From Our Chapter President:

“Multa Corda, Una Causa — Many Hearts, One Purpose.” This open motto is more than just words to the Alpha Lambda chapter of Alpha Epsilon Phi—it reflects the deep bond we share. With sisters from around the world, pursuing over 40 diverse majors, and chasing our own unique dreams, we are all united by one common thread: the search for a sisterhood. Each of us has a different journey that led us here—this is mine.

My name is Natalie Ficco, and I am honored to serve as the 2025 President of the Alpha Lambda chapter of Alpha Epsilon Phi at the University of Arizona. I am a junior from Marietta, Georgia and I am pursuing a degree in finance.

It was a big leap of faith for me to attend the University of Arizona and I was worried that I would never find my place on such a large campus until I found AEPhi. From the very beginning of my freshmen year, I have never felt more at home.

Moving across the country, far from my home and family, was a challenge. Finding my place wasn’t easy—until I found AEPhi. This sisterhood has been more than just a community; it has been my second home, my family, and my unwavering support system. The friendships I have built here are ones I will cherish for a lifetime. Being a part of this chapter has shaped me into the leader and person I am today, equipping me with invaluable skills that I will carry with me into my future.

Sisterhood is at the heart of everything we do. You can feel it in the small moments—sharing meals, spending late nights at the house, and laughing together for hours on end.

It is my privilege to lead this chapter and continue the legacy of Alpha Epsilon Phi. I invite you to explore our site for a glimpse into our sisterhood, meet our Executive Board, and find any additional information you may need.

LML,

Natalie Ficco
